Details:
Don't miss out on this beneficial opportunity! Candidates for this program will need to apply, interview, and be selected to participate. Application packets are available on our website and at Lacey Parks & Recreation. Teens chosen for the program will complete 40hrs of classroom training to become certified as a Level I C.I.T. First Aid/CPR and Food Handlers Certification are part of our training. Once trained and certified as a Level I C.I.T., teens complete 2 weeks of on-the-job training at the Summer Day Camps (you choose the dates/weeks). Successful completion of this program results in Level II: C.I.T. Certification. This is an excellent way to obtain training, certification, and on-the-job work experience.
Level I Certification (training date/time details on our website)
Level II Certification (2 weeks on the job experience June 24- Aug. 16). Application packet and details available online. Application deadline is 5pm April 12.
