Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi is noncompetitive and self-paced, perfect for all fitness levels. Let your hectic daily life fade away as you build energy and balance through low impact exercise gently led by instructor Terry Johnson. Class will be held outside Komachin Middle School on nice, summer evenings!
